Welcome to a very special Christmas Day edition of the Sunday Group Blog. On this day, we've finally hit 50 members! In just 4 months! Well done everyone! This group wouldn't be here with the support that everyone has shown, so I thank each and everyone one of you for becoming a member. It makes me glow with how far this group has grown since the 28th of July.

So on with business: A few notices before I introduce our Featured Artist of week!

The Featured Folder

If you visit it, you'll notice quite a few journals from our members advertising their talent and latest needs. Since this folder gets the majority of attention in the group, I think this would be the best place for them. It gets updated and checked frequently, so any old ones can be removed and new ones added as we receive updates from members.

PaddedVeePaws is looking for ideas for new icons! Please refer to his journal for more details.

Looking For Icons :3Hallos! :3 I've used my current icon for quiiiite some time now! Many of you have come to recognise it as my MAIN icon! I'm curious what there could be for other designs though...so I'm looking for anyone who's up for drawing me a new icon n.n I could use suggestions--anyone is completely fine x3

Featured Artist: Veemonsito



We are honored to have Veemonsito in our group! They are a very popular artist here on DA, with close to 500 deviations and over 17,000 watchers! Everyone of them is earned tho because how spectacular their art is. In less than a day since joining, Veemonsito has contributed a ton of artwork to our gallery. (You can tell someone loves Pikachu!)



There is such a playfulness to the way these pieces are drawn, it is hard to not be delighted over them. I recommend you find yourself over to their front page and give them a comment, fav, watch, AND a commission!

Featured Artist: Sylph-Space



Surprise! A Double Feature! This time more on the MLP side of the diapered feral art, Sylph-Space has contributed a significant amount to our gallery. I wish to feature some of my favorites directly from their gallery.



There is so many pieces to add from their gallery that I really despise the 10 deviation submission limit that DA imposes on me. The truth is that a good portion of Sylph-Space's art is not featured in any gallery. I hope to draw more attention to lesser-known artists such as them so they can the exposure they need and deserve. Please visit their gallery and give them a comment, fav, or a watch! A Year End Message to All

Here is where I wish to be personal. This year has been full of big decisions and big losses for me personally: I was promoted at my job and given a higher pay; developed a logo for 3 companies; earned my degree; met my beautiful wife; move to a new city; lost my father; and I have 2 jobs now instead of one. 2016 has been an eventful year for me.

One of the biggest highlights though is DiaperFerals being born. I was not sure if I could maintain a DA group, nor if I could manage to keep up a SGB every week. Since my depressing hiatus from art, I didn't feel that I could be an active part of the DA community (fav.me/daiws74). But I managed to do it and I have all our members to thank. The artists, the fans, and the enthusiasts of crinkly critters have kept me going. So I really mean this from the bottom of my heart: Thank You! ^^

Here's to having a future 6 month, 1 year, and Christmas 2017 SGB! May 2017 be enjoyable just as 2016 was! Happy Holidays!
